Americas Best Value Inn Romulus/Detroit Airport

I love your layout of your facility. I felt like I was in our own little community. The restaurant was clean and food was delicious and reasonably priced. The waitress was very pleasant and good at her job. We left early for our flight therefore we didn’t experience the breakfast. We did visualize it when we returned and used the facility for the restrooms. From what I seen it didn’t appear to be very much..bagels muffins Coffee and juices. The room was comfortable and cozy. The gentleman with the shuttle service that you provide is very friendly and was prompt to get us to the airport.

Room was well above my expectations. Quiet and all one level, I felt safe with the location and way the property was laid out. Will definitely stay again if I need to fly out of DTW.

Shuttle to airport is often available / staff is very friendly and helpful / I was on a stand-by flight and staff offered me to get back to the room in case of offload / on-site technician for any things to fix.. / all those things make it a Human accommodation.

The bed was comfortable, nice television with several cable channels, nothing new or fancy but I knew it wouldn't be. I really liked the free shuttle from the airport. It was there for myself and others when the plane arrived, didn't have to wait or call them. It does not have central heat or air, but the room was able to keep at my desired temperature.

Comfortable bed, nice TV, room was large. AC worked well. Couch was clean and comfy.
